Apple, Beetroot and Carrot Drink {Miracle Juice}

I love fresh juices. For me it’s a way of pouring happiness and freshness in my body. There is no joke but I when i m feeling down I make fresh juices and love to detox myself, bit weird but true. So today’s drink recipe is much hyped miracle drink. Simple to make and has countless benefits because of the ingredients apple beetroot and carrots in it.

Studies show that it prevents cancer, heart attack, acne, blood pressure, Constipation and strengths immunity, eyes, liver kidney pancreas, digestion. It’s a great detoxifiere itself.

What will you need?

• ·    2 Carrots

•        1 Apple

Instruction:

After thoroughly washing and peeling fresh fruit and vegetables combine everything together and put them into the juicer .You can add some lemon and mint while serving, do not store.

Apples contain nutrients like Vitamin A, B1, B2, B6, C, E and K, Folate, Niacin, Zinc, Copper, Magnesium, Potassium, Phosphorus, Iron, Calcium, Sodium and Manganese. Also the dietary fibers found in apples are very beneficial for health. Carrots contain a wide variety of vitamins such as Vitamin A, B1, B2, B3, B6, C, E and K, Folate, Niacin and Pantothenic Acid. There are minerals like Potassium, Calcium, Phosphorus, Magnesium and Selenium packed in it. One of the most important components found in carrots is beta-carotene.(Source: Google).
