TRESemmé Keratin Smooth Shampoo {Beauty Review}

I heard a lot about TRESemmé Keratin Smooth Shampoo lately and this range really interested me because I always want to try shampoo with low sulfate formula.

Tresemme Naturals is marketed as a low sulfate and silicone free line. The hair shampoos do contain both ALS and ALES which is a combination that can reduce irritation but still cleanse well (source Google)

The bottle is slightly big in size than regular shampoo but it’s very handy and I absolute love the design and the deep red color, such a beauty! It has sweet salon kind of fragrance which is not that strong, it fades away within few hours.
The shampoo is transparent and it makes decent foam, since it has low sulfate formula the lathering agents are not that much active but my hair felt very clean.

I have natural straight and silky hair and I’m not a huge fan of heat styling at all. I always try to stick with the products that are close to my natural hair texture, may be this is a hack or I’m trying to play smart but this works for me. I noticed my hair felt so amazingly straight and silky throughout the day and even my mom complimenting me a lot. Overall I'm very happy with this shampoo and def I will repurchase again.

This shampoo priced at 270 PKR and I totally recommend it.

Have you tried any TRESemmé products?

Skin Care routine morning and night:

Since the weather is changing and the fact that I have dry skin, I’ve had to change my skin care routine. Lately I have been using Olay natural white products and I fell in love. Here is my updated skin care routine for day and night, it’s pretty simple and basic.

For the morning, it’s very important to prep my face for the rest of the day, I have dry skin and fall is here almost so I have to switch for a hydrating face wash. Olay face wash always works for me .This face wash with mulberry extract is very creamy and smooth in texture, cleanse very well my skin felt moisturized every time and tbh I think this is the best face wash I’ve ever tried for the winter season.

Both day and night creams are very rich in texture, it felt smooth and absolutely non greasy on my skin, it absorbs quickly. This Olay natural white range gives me subtle sheer glow and I really like it.

For cleansing my face I always use coconut oil, I don’t use any makeup remover or cleanser. For a healthy skin I learned that it’s very important to clean your sheets once a week and wash your pillow case at least twice a week because the pillow case may have bacteria and you can break out and I also recommend that don’t forget to clean your phone because we use cell phone a lot and they can carry bacteria also. So these are my few tips I hope you liked it, Happy healthy and clear skin everyone.

Do you also like to update your skin care routine?

Oh! and those sunglasses, I always end up buying big sunglasses because it’s really hard to find a good pair of sunglasses for my small face, Boo! Look at the golden bumper case it was such a steal, I feel like a gold goddess.

I hope you will enjoy the haul, thank you so much for stopping by.

Lorys Deep Moisturizing Hair Cream {Beauty Review)

When it comes to hair ,I always try to find out  more hair care products. I dyed my hair several time and definitely need some extra care and love for my hair. I always heard good reviews about the Lorys hair cream so here it is what I think.

Lorys has a great range of conditioners that I would love to try; right now I am using Lorys deep moisturizing hair cream in  ARGAN OIL OMEGA 6 AND 9 ,I absolutely love this hair cream it nourishes and restore my hair very well.

It comes in a huge jar the only thing I don’t like about the product is the packaging, you have to be careful with the handling. It has a really creamy kind of texture that glides through the hair easily. After shampooing my hair I generously apply the cream on the ends and massaged it up to the roots, left it for around 10 minutes. I am so much happy with the results surprisingly it rinse off easily; left my hair more shiny and manageable then the regular hair conditioner. I used Boots Strawberry and Yogurt Intensive Hair Treatment before but I think this one is much better. I love the fruity smell, slightly overpowering then the regular conditioner but it fades away by the end of the day.

I totally recommend this hair cream .This huge jar is priced at 315 PKR and this stuff is worth a try,Like seriously.

Which hair conditioner or mask you love right now? I am waiting for your comments.

So here are some of my favorite products that are just under 200 PKR, I really like all of them and hope you will also love the post. I have listed them below, all are 200PKR and under.

Lux Body Wash:
I love lux body wash range they are affordable and smells really good. I have tried so many different body washes but for this price range, it’s a steal.

Aqua eyes Black Gel Liner:
I heard so many good reviews about this gel liner .This liner glide on smoothly ,no the blackest black but very pigmented and yes it is water proof.

Christine Lipstick:
Christine cosmetic offers a wide variety of colors and I really like the formula of the lipstick because its not drying. This is in the shade 379.

Cuticura Face wash:
This face wash is absolute love. it’s been almost 2 years since I am using it, if you have dry or sensitive skin do check out cuticura face wash range .

B.O Nail color:
This is a Chinese brand I believe; love the coral shades .They chip off quickly but again for the price you can’t expect the more.

Outdoor Girl Concealer:
I was looking for an affordable concealer for this post and the sales girl convinced me to buy this concealer stick.I tried it and this product is so much impressive, creamy in texture and very easy to blend. Summer Wardrobe Essentials

Summer couldn’t be fun if you are not updating your wardrobe; I live in Karachi which means I mostly encounter the hot and humid weather. When heat waves strike here we don’t have many choices. I have to buy mostly lawn fabric. Here are some of my personal wardrobe essentials which are the must have for me in summers, if you have such kind of items I believe it would be much easier for you to pickup an ootd for every day clothing or you can also mix and match, that’s what I do.

Floral Lawn kurta/Tops:
I can never get enough of floral lawn kurta in summers. This kurta trend is a hit for summer you just need to pair them with cigarette pants and you are good to go . I mostly love to wear this kurta with traditional basic salwar with kohlaporis.

Cigarette pants/Culottes:
A basic off whit cigarette pants or culottes would be a great essential in summer wardrobe. I have and always will a special place in my heart for a basic plain salwar, would prefer over anything.

Khussa/Flip Flop:
Oh my! That khussa trend is so much everywhere, they look cool with skinny jeans or with cigarette pants.

Bag:
I love tote bags I mostly sport this black studded tote with flip-flop, great for the day time. The other one has subtle splash of color, it will compliment basic off-white or white top.

Sunglasses and Watch:
Karachi looks dreamy only with sunglasses so try to invest on good pair of sun glasses .I can’t leave my house without having them and this DW watch always reminds me of summers.

What are your wardrobe essentials for the summer? Would love to hear, Hope you enjoyed the post.

Happy summer everyone!

Christine Matte Finish Liquid Foundation {Beauty Review}

I love foundations, seem bit tricky when it comes to shades because some time it really hard to find out the right shade but who don’t love browsing for the foundation. I was out my L’Oreal true match and this time I decided to give a shot to the Christine matte finish pure stay liquid foundation it’s a Pakistani brand and I also heard good reviews on it .So here are my thoughts.

The foundation has slightly thin consistency then the L’Oreal one but it blends easily. Make sure you pump the foundation carefully because I personally don’t like the packaging too much .It offers light to medium coverage but you can build it up One thing I noticed that you need a lot more product but It feels light weight and glide smoothly on skin.

When it comes to foundations I am a fan of dewy finish but  it offers matte finish which is perfect for Karachi weather so I don’t feel bad about it right now. Now come to the shade, I purchased in the shade cn- 02 which is ivory, it seems slightly white on my skin color so next time I will go for a shade darker. Staying power is good for 5-6 hours

Over all I really like this foundation if you have an oily /combination skin  and looking for a decent foundation so yes this for you and for a price tag, it worth a try!

Price – PKR 350

Do you want me recommend any other Christine makeup product? Would love to try.

L’Oreal Paris Fall Repair 3x Anti Hair Fall Shampoo {Beauty Review}

Do you some time find your hair on your pillow, on your brush or in the shower? No, it’s not me, this is what written on L’Oreal Paris fall repair anti hair fall shampoo bottle.

Hair fall is the most common problem, some people experience it on monsoon but I mostly have this issue during fall season. I am pretending that it is fall in Karachi because the heat wave is unbearable, by the way.

I heard good reviews about the shampoo, though I am not a fan of L’Oreal shampoo range but I thought I should give it a try. The packaging is so chic I love the black and pink color combo. Shampoo has runny consistency and pearly white in color it smells like floral kind of ,which  lasts for a couple of hours but not too strong.

It does what it claims for hair fall, it reduced my hair fall but what I don’t like about the shampoo that after shampooing I feel slightly roughness in my hair (since i have straight and silky hair texture) but it seems fairly better after couple of washes furthermore the product claims for nourishes the hair root, restructure hair fiber and hair growth stronger is a fail for me. But the bottom line is that you can see visible difference when it comes to hair fall.

Do you want to recommend any other shampoo that works for hair fall?

B.O Nail color {Beauty Review}

I recently bought B.O nail colors, they have big selection of colors can’t stop buying every time whenever I see them. I personally love the pink and pastels color ranges, just adorable .All of them are pretty amazing for the price.

I am not good in painting nails so excuse me for the pictures. I bought shade 26 and 23.They are not streaky and I usually apply single coat ,but it took two layers for more opaque finish .The staying power is not great ,good for 24 hours but for the price it’s no bad at all.

As far as packaging concerns’ I adore the small glass bottles, they are retailing around 60PKR each.

Which color do you love most?

Dove Hair Therapy Nutritive Solutions Straight & Silky Conditioner

I got this dove conditioner because I was out of my hair conditioner ;( what a great explanation by the way) I never tried dove conditioner range ever, so I decided to give it a try.I have  naturally straight and silky hair and I am not into hair straightening and ironing business at all so apparently this conditioner works really well for my hairs, I can’t stop touching my hair. It make my hair more soften and more manageable.

This comes in tube packaging which is very handy, the consistency is also very thick and creamy. It has nice typical conditioner kind of fragrance which stays in my hair a bit longer then the Sun Silk one, but it fades away by the time. It reminds me of Boots Strawberry and Yogurt Intensive Hair Treatment.

It comes with a price tag of 215 PKR. For me this product is a thumb up, it does what it claims. The product is pretty much impressive; I am planning to buy the shampoo range as well.

Do you love any hair conditioner lately, want me o recommend?

My Current Favorite Jewellery Picks:

Karachi weather is so much dreamy that I can go out to markets in day times also which is my favorite time for shopping by the way. Last week I went to my nearby market and got some really cool jewelry pieces .Do you guys love those jewelry stalls outside the market? I can’t stop buying from them, they have great selection, inexpensive too, and if you store them properly they can last longer. I store in zip lock bag or some time I wrap my studs in fine cotton fabric, this prevents jewelry form fading or tarnishing which happens because the exposure from moisture/air.

 I believe we should support those local vendors totally. So I thought I should share those jewellery stalls pictures, and some of my recent picks from them I hope you liked it.
