Lorys Deep Moisturizing Hair Cream {Beauty Review)

When it comes to hair ,I always try to find out  more hair care products. I dyed my hair several time and definitely need some extra care and love for my hair. I always heard good reviews about the Lorys hair cream so here it is what I think.

Lorys has a great range of conditioners that I would love to try; right now I am using Lorys deep moisturizing hair cream in  ARGAN OIL OMEGA 6 AND 9 ,I absolutely love this hair cream it nourishes and restore my hair very well.

It comes in a huge jar the only thing I don’t like about the product is the packaging, you have to be careful with the handling. It has a really creamy kind of texture that glides through the hair easily. After shampooing my hair I generously apply the cream on the ends and massaged it up to the roots, left it for around 10 minutes. I am so much happy with the results surprisingly it rinse off easily; left my hair more shiny and manageable then the regular hair conditioner. I used Boots Strawberry and Yogurt Intensive Hair Treatment before but I think this one is much better. I love the fruity smell, slightly overpowering then the regular conditioner but it fades away by the end of the day.

I totally recommend this hair cream .This huge jar is priced at 315 PKR and this stuff is worth a try,Like seriously.

Christine Matte Finish Liquid Foundation {Beauty Review}

I love foundations, seem bit tricky when it comes to shades because some time it really hard to find out the right shade but who don’t love browsing for the foundation. I was out my L’Oreal true match and this time I decided to give a shot to the Christine matte finish pure stay liquid foundation it’s a Pakistani brand and I also heard good reviews on it .So here are my thoughts.

The foundation has slightly thin consistency then the L’Oreal one but it blends easily. Make sure you pump the foundation carefully because I personally don’t like the packaging too much .It offers light to medium coverage but you can build it up One thing I noticed that you need a lot more product but It feels light weight and glide smoothly on skin.

When it comes to foundations I am a fan of dewy finish but  it offers matte finish which is perfect for Karachi weather so I don’t feel bad about it right now. Now come to the shade, I purchased in the shade cn- 02 which is ivory, it seems slightly white on my skin color so next time I will go for a shade darker. Staying power is good for 5-6 hours

Over all I really like this foundation if you have an oily /combination skin  and looking for a decent foundation so yes this for you and for a price tag, it worth a try!

My five minute makeup routine:

Have you ever experienced those days when you just need to quick with your make up routine? I am a person for sure who experienced this situation a lot but obviously I don’t want to leave home with bare face too, at the same time I usually stick with minimum make up routine. For me, less is more.

So here it is my quick make up routine and trust me you can achieve this look even less than in 5 minutes. Yes, like a boss!

I start up with bb cream or tinted moisturizer, apply to all over my face since I have dry skin it gives me healthy glow with light coverage.To set tinted moisturizer i apply pressed powder with light hand. Once I am done with it, I apply blush on my cheeks .I always up for blush it gives me a radiance and healthy look. Next,I try to easy on my eyes, first and foremost I brush my brows then i apply kohl in my tight line and lower lash line, some time I smudge it for more dramatic look. I am not good with mascara and liquid liner when I am in a hurry. For the perfect pout I go for any nude lip color then I apply lip gloss over the lip color, I think lip glosses are way help full because they comes with applicator or brush which gives you  more polish pout without any extra effort .

How to look good on lazy days:

We all know about those days when we really don’t want to get out from bed, reason would be caught the seasonal flu or it can may be period time, I can totally relate it to myself,  so here are my few tips on how to look good when you are not feeling good kind of lazy days.

Stay hydrated, moisturize your body:

It is very important to stay hydrated, drink plenty of water. When you are sick or when you’re feeling bloated on those days, try to carry water bottle with you .You should add more fruits and vegetables in your diet because fruits and vegetables contain water, this will help you stay hydrated. Do not forget to moisturize your body.

Stick with BB Cream:

BB creams are best friend when you need little coverage and sheer glow, they are easily blend able .I think bare skin/no makeup look is perfect for lazy days.

Use concealer:

Those puffiness around the eyes?oh yes I know the struggle. Add little bit concealer under your eyes; it will instantly brighten up your tired and dull face.

Blush is important:

Who don’t love frosty cheeks? Apply your favorite blush on the apple of your cheeks to achieve subtle glow.

Cheers to Lip gloss:

Say no to lipstick when you want an effortlessly fresh look, lip gloss gives you more shine and hydration.

Curl your lashes and add mascara:

Curling your eyelashes makes your eye lashes appear longer, Apply few coats of mascara and avoid smoky or dark kohl eyes .you should follow simple and clean makeup routine.

Say yes to messy buns and braids:

 Messy bun and braids are great options when you realy dont want to put lots of effort. Second day hair are best for such kind of hair styles. You can check out some of hair styles here

So these are some of my tips on how to look good on lazy days. Most important, don’t forget to carry sanitary napkins, tissues, painkillers and herbal tea sachet in your bag. Have a great day!

Revlon Color silk 60 Dark Ash Blonde{Beauty Review}

So I color my hair again at home, for me hair coloring is not that much a necessary part, I don’t mind to flaunt my natural hair color. I naturally have kind of light brown hair color. I picked up Revlon color silk hair color in shade 60(dark ash blond) when I saw special offer on Revlon hair color range and it cost me 213 pkr.

The box contains Conditioner, Colorant, Developer, Plastic Gloves, and Instructions on a paper. I really like the bottle that has nozzle too, I mixed developer and colorant in bottle, (shake well before use) and I guess it’s much easier to apply with the help of nozzle, Very less chance to missing the single portion of hair. It does not contain very strong smell neither I got any kind of irritation on my scalp.

I applied  it for only 25 minutes, i was afraid of getting brassy tone since it’s the first time I am using any blond shade but I think I should keep it for a good 40 minutes at least. I don’t get the exactly close color that mentioned on the box (I did not bleach my hair) maybe I should wait for a little longer. I washed my head with tap water according to the instructions, and now come to conditioner part,OMG!! This conditioner is just beyond awesome it smells so so good feels like I have whole garden in my hair, it left my hair super soft and silky and smooth. My hair doesn’t look damaged at all. This coloring experience makes my hair glossy, smooth and shiny.

Overall Revlon Color itself a beautiful deal; the quality is amazing as well. I am pretty much impressed with Revlon hair color range it’s a hit and my favorite right now, will defiantly repurchase again.i am sorry i have lost my before coloring picture but you can check out my original hair color here

Sunsilk Co-creations Black Shine Conditioner {Beauty Review}

Hair conditioning is a crucial part of my hair care regime and if you ask me how often conditioners should be used? So in my opinion there is no rule for shampooing and conditioning. Whenever I feel like condition my hair I go for it. It really depends on your hair texture, climate and the products you are using; no one can judge your hair better then you. Oh yes you are the boss!

Some time I condition my hair after every time I shower, and mostly twice a week. Some of My favorite tips are, apply conditioner few inches away from scalp, be patient leave it for at least 5 minutes then gently rinse off.

Last month I picked up Sunsilk Co-creations Black Shine Conditioner randomly because I love their colorful tube packaging they catch my eyes every time so is it me or anyone else? I love the golden one tube why so, something seriously wrong with me. But I got the black one because I want to experiment with the shine factor.

So the texture is mushy like other conditioner, I can’t describe the smell slightly strong but its total fine with me. This stunning black shine conditioner live up to the claims, makes my hair smooth, manageable and yes the shine factor is there.

Overall it’s a great conditioner and for the price tag its total a steal. I love that bling bling factor in my hair lately. It comes with a price tag of 170Pkr.

Luscious Blush in Peach Melba {Beauty review}

I love blushers since I was kid, they always caught my eyes! Something very dreamy and girly to me. Time flies so fast but still I love blush section more than anything in makeup store.

My go to make up consist of kohl, gloss and a blush. So apparently blush is an adorable and important part in my vanity.

Luscious is a renowned brand in Pakistan and I love their products, they are good in quality and I also admire their product range, selection and colors.I got luscious blush in Peach Melba it comes in round plastic container, very handy. Color Itself is beautiful; it gives you a frosty cheeks. The blush is pretty good in term of pigmentation so you don’t need to be heavy handed with the product.

It has gold shimmer in it which gives a very subtle glow. Perfect for winter evening and even in day light it looks beautiful. Staying power is good for 3 hours.

It comes with a price tag of 675 Pkr.
