Easy Fried Fish recipe:



Who needs fish capsules if you are eating real time fish? Since I was kid I love to eat sea food. Here in Pakistan we are blessed that we have a large market of sea food. I can eat them in any season.
I am sharing a very easy fried fish recipe and the best thing is that you don’t need too much oil to cook. I never liked the idea of sticky or oily fried fish.

What will you need?

·         Fish
·         Salt
·         Red chili powder
·         Red chili flakes
·         Turmeric
·         Crushed garlic
·         Lemon juice
·         Carom seeds/Ajwain(hindi)
·         Oil hardly 2 tablespoon

Instructions:

1.   Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
2.   Marinate the fish.
3.   Fry the fish till golden brown on medium to high heat.

Enjoy
