Chicken spring Rolls

I am here with one of my favorite recipe for iftaar, they are easy to make and fun too.
For me iftaar and spring rolls are associated with each others they are packed with vegetables/ chicken and also they are not very oily stuff. I do not add too many masala or flavors in it and I also don’t like overcooked soggy vegetables in rolls. You can add any of your favorite vegetables or whatever you love to eat but this is my recipe for spring rolls, hope you will love it.

 What will you need?

·         Roll wrappers (Maanda Patti)
·         1 whole finely chopped  cabbage
·         1 small finely chopped carrot
·         1 small finely chopped capsicum
·         Half cup shredded cooked chicken breast
·         Salt to taste
·         Black pepper to taste
·         1 tbsp Soya sauce
·         2 tbsp oil
·         Chinese salt 2 pinch (totally optional)
·         Paste of flour to brush over the edges

 Instructions:

1.   Heat oil in large skillet on medium high flame, Add all the vegetables and chicken.
2.   Now add chicken soya sauce, black pepper and salt, stir 2 minutes on high flame.
3.   Do not  overcook the stuff. Let it cool down.
4.   Place the wrappers on a clean flat surface, add the mixture and roll them up.
5.   Add flour paste to brush over the edges or use your fingers, seal them.
6.   Deep fry until they turn in golden brown color.

Enjoy!
