Chia Fresca {Energy Boosting Drink}

I am a huge fan of chia seeds; they are essential part in my grocery. So many reasons to love them like they are easily available and prices are affordable too.

·         They are loaded with anti oxidant       
·         High in omega-3 fatty acids.
·         They also contain calcium, magnesium, phosphorus and protein. All of these nutrients are essential for bone health.

I saw chia fresca energy drink recipe and couldn’t resist myself to try .I am more into detox/infused water .I prefer detox/infused water over plain water when I am on the go. So here it is my turn on this homemade energy drink.

What will you need?

·         Chia seeds 1 tablespoon
·         Coconut water 1 glass
·         1 lemon
·         Maple syrup/honey or sugar ½ teaspoon       
·         Herbs (optional)

Soak chia seeds in coconut water for 15 minutes; add lemon juice and maple syrup. Stir well and enjoy!
